Program Overview

This course’s primary objectives are to provide the participants with the necessary vocabulary, and basic fundamentals of Project Management. You will learn the different phases and knowledge areas such as Project Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk, and Time management necessary to understand and function at a high level in the Business analyst role within a project.
